General Notice
The City of Marshfield (Owner) is requesting Sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project:
E. Madison Street Sidewalk Improvements
Project No. - GRE 3695.39
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Marshfield City Hall, 798 South Marshall Street, Marshfield, MO 65706 until Thursday, May 15th, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Proposed improvements include removal of existing sidewalk and stairs, construction of ADA accessible sidewalk, jointing and reinforcement, and stairs, along with any incidental work as noted in the plans and specifications.
The Project has a completion date of June 28, 2024.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents can be obtained from the Issuing Office:

Prospective Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Design Professional will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All bidders must be on the Plan holder list to bid on the project.
