Bolivar High School's ProStart culinary arts team will host an open reservation night from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 30, at the BHS Auxiliary Gym.

The menu will include salad with dressing, stuffed chicken breast, sauteed vegetables, rice pilaf, hot roll, red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, and tea or water.
