The following new felony charges have been filed in Polk County Circuit Court:

Charles P. Reyes III, 38, Republic; class D felony possession of controlled substance; summons issued; due in court June 13. He is accused of possessing methamphetamine found Jan. 9 during a traffic stop at Mo. 13 south of Mo. 215.

Jennifer Danielle Ferwalt, 38, Springfield; class D felony possession of controlled substance; summons issued; due in court June 13. She is accused of possessing methamphetamine found Jan. 18 during a traffic stop on Mo. 215 east of Rt. F.

John Paul Mabary, 53, Springfield; class D felony possession of controlled substance; summons issued; due in court June 13. He is accused of possessing methamphetamine found Jan. 27 during a traffic stop on Mo. 13 south of East 565h Road.

Jeremy Carl Rotramel, 18, Brighton; two counts class D felony possession of controlled substance; arraignment set for June 13. He is accused of possessing hydrocodone and oxycodone found during a traffic stop April 15 near Mo. 15 and Rt. H.

Stanley Arnell Gillette, born in 1970, Brighton; class D felony possession of controlled substance; summons issued; due in court June 13. He is accused of possessing methamphetamine found Oct. 16, 2017, during a traffic stop at Mo. 13 and Rt. U.

Tiffany Faye King, born in 1987, Aldrich; class D felony possession of controlled substance; summons issued; due in court June 13. She is accused of possessing oxycodone found in the 300 block of 500th Road in Aldrich.

Annette Louise Ahart, born in 1972, Bolivar; class E felony bad check; summons issued; due in court June 13.

Rebecca Ann Trowbridge, born in 1986, Springfield; two counts class D felony possession of controlled substance; summons issued; due in court June 6. She is accused of possessing methamphetamine and clonazepam found Nov. 22, 2017, during a traffic stop on South 156th Road south of East 565th Road.

Tuesday, May 22

    •    Payroll was presented for approval and submittal for direct deposit. Commissioner Legan made a motion to approve and submit payroll for direct deposit. Commissioner Austin seconded the motion. Vote was 3-0.
