Shedding some light on Domestic Violence Awareness Month, The Bolivar Police Department is hosting a Hearts Not Hands Seminar & Vigil on Saturday, Oct. 1 in the Bolivar High School auditorium.
Doors open at 5 p.m., and the vigil will start at 7:30 p.m.
The event will feature testimonies from domestic violence victims and speakers from Burrell Behavioral Health and Polk County House of Hope.
