The Missouri Department of Agriculture is currently seeking public feedback during its rule review process.

Last week, MDA launched its MORE campaign, aimed at exploring how the department can empower farmers through the rule review process. The launch comes around five months after Gov. Eric Greitens issued an executive order in January for state agencies to undergo a review of all of their rules.

As a result, MDA is thoroughly reviewing its rules and seeks the public’s feedback. The open comment period will run from through July 30. Submit comments online, in the mail to P.O. Box 630, MDA-Rule Review, Jefferson City, MO 65109, or via fax 573-751-1784. To learn more about the rule review and to view a complete list of the rules visit agriculture.mo.gov.
