According to Warren Lovinger, owner of Freddy’s, the target completion date for the restaurant is late this summer. more

Wednesday morning, Jan. 25, after the winter storm went through Polk County, the world was a real winter wonderland. According to the National Weather Service, the Bolivar area received 3” of snow. It was a heavy, wet snow that provided lots of fun for area kids sledding as well as the wildlife. more
