Monday, March 11 — Brown sugar ham, au gratin potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, apple cobbler.
Tuesday, March 12 — Cheesy chicken enchiladas, Mexican rice, beans, rice krispy treats.
Wednesday, March 13 — Beef and mushroom stroganoff, meadow blend vegetables, breadsticks, Jell-o cake.
Thursday, March 14 — Fried chicken, baked potato, California blend vegetables, biscuits, cookies.
Friday, March 15 — Shepard’s pie, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, bread, coconut cream pie.
All meals served with margarine or butter and choice of whole milk, low-fat milk or buttermilk. Coffee and tea is available. Chef salad is served daily. Cookies and coffee are served at 9:30 a.m. Mondays. Coffee and cinnamon rolls are served at 9 a.m. Wednesdays.
