Billie Wing, 94, of Bolivar passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019, at her home in Bolivar.

Billie was born in Baxter Springs, Kansas, on May 4, 1925, to Millard and Ila Strait Shreve. 

She moved to Bolivar in the 1970s with her husband, Dale Colclasure. Upon Dale’s passing in 1984, Billie married Les Wing and lived out the majority of her life in Bolivar.

Billie was preceded in death by her husbands, Dale Colclasure and Les Wing; her siblings Jeanne Perigan, Jill Shover and Jack Shreve; as well as her stepson Gerry Colclasure.

 

Billie is survived by her brother Jerry Shreve and wife Carol, as well as her stepsons Garry Colclasure, Dave Wing and wife Kris, and Dan Wing, as well as a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

 

A graveside service for Billie Wing will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Bolivar. 

Memorial contributions can be made in Billie’s honor to Mt. Olive Baptist Church. 

Arrangements are under the direction of the Butler Funeral Home.
