Cameron Philip Martin, 62, of Halfway passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at Cox South Medical Center, Springfield.   

He was born Aug. 2, 1956, in Kansas City, the son of Richard Philip Martin and Carmen Marlene Milby Martin. 

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1975 through 1980.    

He worked in custodial maintenance for the United States Postal Service.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard P. Martin.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Martin of the home; his mother, Carmen Martin of Hermitage; his son, Cameron Martin of Oak Grove, California; his two daughters, Candy Keane of Atlantic Beach, Florida, and Cori Martin of Fair Grove; his stepdaughter, Nicole Gray of Prairie Village, Kansas; one grandson, Keelan Keane, and one stepgrandson, Nathan Ganaden.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 24, at Dooly Bend Cemetery, Wheatland, with Pastor Michael Cole officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Galmey V.F.W. Post #9638 under the direction of Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Home, Wheatland.
