Monday, March 25 —Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, winter blend vegetables, biscuits, blueberry crumb cake. 

Tuesday, March 26 — Taco salad with all the fixings, pineapple upside down cake. 

Wednesday, March 27 — Ham and beans, spinach, cheesy corn bread, chocolate cake. 

Thursday, March 28 — Fried chicken, au gratin potatoes, green beans, bread, cookies. 

Friday, March 29 — Cajun sausage pasta bake, California blend vegetables, breadsticks, brownies. 

All meals served with margarine or butter and choice of whole milk, low-fat milk or buttermilk. Coffee and tea is available. Chef salad is served daily. Cookies and coffee are served at 9:30 a.m. Mondays. Coffee and cinnamon rolls are served at 9 a.m. Wednesdays.
