Ziegler, Executive Director of the Missouri Ethics Commission, under the Missouri laws which govern Commission investigations of complaints, the Commission found no reasonable grounds exist to support violations of Chapter 130, RSMo., as to Janet Arnold and dismissed the complaint as it was unable to proceed against the responsible party. more
