The effort and teamwork all year long have been the focal point of this squad. The captains on the team have helped improve their teammates and show them the success that comes with working together. more

Berean Baptist Church, 4450 Scenic Ave., Bolivar, is hosting a free community-wide Trunk-Or-Treat event coming up on Sunday, Oct. 29, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Trunk-Or-Treat will feature lots of family friendly games, inflatables (bounce houses and inflatable jousting), snacks, hot apple cider and hot chocolate, and of course, plenty of candy. This event is for kids of all ages, and everyone is encouraged to dress up and come on out for a great time. For more information you can call the church office at 417-326-7758. more
