Shirley Ann Henry, 77, of Bolivar passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar.

Frances Helen Redman, 95, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, at Meadowlark Manor in Whitehall, Montana. Frances was born Oct. 10, 1924, to Henry and Anna Tygart in Aldrich. She was the second oldest of five siblings, three brothers and two sisters.

Janet Marie Adcock, 72, of Halfway, passed away at 7:11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield after a brief struggle with cancer.

Denny Lee Wooten, 65, of Halfway passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, at home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer and chronic kidney disease.

Juanetta Kerene Taylor, 74, of Fair Play passed away Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar. 

Elizabeth Carolyn “Carol” Hascall entered and left this world on her family farm in Humansville surrounded by her family. 

Betty Jo Tate was born on April 21, 1926, in Sparta as Betty Jo Fly, the daughter of Elsie Adams Fly and Fred William Fly. 

Evelyn “Carol” Sutherland, 79, of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away in her home with family by her side on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. In hospice care for four weeks prior to her death, Carol died peacefully in her sleep.

Edward John Cahoj, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather of Bolivar passed away peacefully with his beloved wife and family by his side at Citizens Memorial Hospital on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019. He was 89 years old.

Dennis A. Fatino, 78, of Wheatland passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019, at his home.   

Charlie was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on July 27, 1965. He was a graduate of Alma High School and continued on to receive a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance from University of Arkansas in 1987. 

John C. Daniels, 71, of Bolivar passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield. 

Mrs. Janice A. Rife, 83, of Bolivar passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility, Bolivar.  

John David Hacker, born on March 25, 1980, grew up in Bolivar, Missouri, where he was a standout student, singer and three-sport athlete. 

Jesse Frank Long, 94, of Bolivar passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019, at his home in Bolivar, surrounded by his loving family. 

Mabel Ann Stevens, daughter of the late John Efton Moody and Elsie Merinda Hursch Moody, was born on June 17, 1928, in Chadwick and departed this life on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, in Buffalo. 

Sandra Sue Buchanan, 79, of Bolivar went to meet her Lord on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility, Bolivar.  

Anastasia “Tasia” Tenee Brewer, 35, left us unexpectedly on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019. 

Agnes A. Kukal, 87, of Bolivar passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2019, at Parkview Healthcare Facility, Bolivar.

Mary Avanell Laxton, 94, of Springfield, formerly a resident of Pleasant Hope and Bolivar, passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, at Woodland Manor, Springfield.

James Rollin Shelenhamer was born Oct. 12, 1941, in Humansville to Bysor Shelenhamer and Emma Maxine Shirley Shelenhamer. He was the oldest of four children, the others being Emma Frances Franklin, Judy Ellen Wollard and Jerry Bysor Shelenhamer.

Bill started his life’s journey on April 25, 1939. He was born to the Rev. Raymond Brooks and Mary Lee Miller Shook, in Belair. 

Terry Joe McCurdy, age 66, of Morrisville passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, in his home.  

Roy K. McNeely, age 89, of Humansville passed away on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at Carnegie Village, Belton.

Karl Dean Gile, age 72, of Pittsburg passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, at his son's home.  

Susan Elaine Roweton, 54, Bolivar, passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at her rural Bolivar home shared with her husband of 31 years, Kelly Roweton. 

Matthew Allen Montgomery, age 40, of Warsaw passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, from injuries suffered in an accident.

Richard “Dick” Arlen Dorman, a former Bolivar resident and businessman, was born April 6, 1934, in Lead, South Dakota, to Wesley and Lucile Dorman. Surrounded by his family, Dick was peacefully called home to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, Oct. 14, 2019. 

Sonnie “Bob” Lee, 85, of Bolivar and formerly of Pleasant Hope passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019.
