James Richard Fleeman, born 1975, Bolivar; class E felony failure to register as a sex offender; warrant served; $15,000 bond; due in court April 24. 

Aaron L. Haak II, born 1975, Stockton; class E felony attempted stealing — motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft; warrant issued; $10,000 bond. 

David Allen Zink, born 1972, Goodson; class D felony receiving stolen property (2), class D felony possession of controlled substance, class E felony sale/possession of equipment or parts with altered identification numbers; grand jury indictment served; $25,000 bond; due in court May 6.

  • Counterfeiting and theft were reported in the 900 block of South Springfield Avenue. A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

  • A 24-year-old Bolivar man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana after officers took a report of a noise disturbance in the 800 block of West College Street.

Friday, March 22

  • Edward J. Maynard, 30, was arrested on a warrant after officers responded to the 1500 block of East Broadway Street for a report of a noise disturbance. A report of drug possession was taken. 
  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Clark Avenue. 
  • A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Chicago Place. 
  • A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended or revoked near West Broadway Street and North Blue Avenue.

Saturday, March 23

  • A 41-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic assault, second or subsequent offense, after officers responded to a domestic disturbance reported in the 100 block of West Auburn Street. 
  • Domestic assault was reported in the 600 block of West Olive Street. 
  • Ty Allen Carter, 29, was arrested on a warrant on East Broadway Street. 
  • A 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended or revoked on East College Street.
