Five lucky winners will receive $100 each as part of the Bolivar Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Open House on November 11 and 12.
"The Chamber’s Christmas Open House weekend is the official kick-off for the holiday shopping season,” committee chair Bobbie McKnight says. “Many shoppers plan their Christmas purchases around this weekend for all the great deals and the chance to win some Christmas Cash!”
The giveaway is open to adults ages 18 and older. No purchase is necessary, and shoppers do not have to be present to win. The more participating stores shoppers visit, the more opportunities they have to enter. Winners will receive Christmas Cash certificates good through December to spend at any of the participating businesses.
All area businesses are invited to participate and join the growing list of businesses taking part in this festive, 2-day event. Christmas Open House highlights local retail, restaurants, and more while bringing hundreds of holiday shoppers to our community.
The cost is $60 for chamber members or $80 for non-chamber members. Businesses may register by visiting bolivarchamber.com/christmas-open-house/.

In addition to the businesses to be visited during the Christmas Open House on November 11 and 12, shoppers also can visit a one-stop Christmas Showcase at the Bolivar First Christian Church, just one block west of the Bolivar Square at 407 W. Broadway St.
“Shoppers can enter the drawing at each business inside the church,” showcase organizer McKnight says. “There is a wonderful variety of independent consultants with jewelry, essential oils, beauty and skin products, giftware, clothing, and so much more.”
