Citizens Memorial Hospital’s Bolivar Family Care Center will offer drive-thru flu shots for established patients ages 18 and older at 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1, outside the clinic located at 1240 N. Butterfield Road, Bolivar.
This is a first come, first served event with no registration required. When arriving for a flu shot, patients should remain in their cars and a clinic staff member will be outside to provide instructions and administer the flu vaccine.
If you have been diagnosed recently with COVID-19 or you are in quarantine waiting for COVID-19 test results, please do not attend until you are out of quarantine.
