Bolivar’s Parks and Rec Department seeks public feedback

Posted

The City of Bolivar Parks and Recreation Department is seeking community feedback through a
new survey.

The survey, found at https://forms.gle/Gf4wbcwh9oFY3iqb8, will be open to the public through
Sunday, July 24.

It features questions and seeks comments on several topics connected to the city’s parks and
recreation system, including parks and facilities, wellness and fitness, sports and aquatics.

Bolivar Parks and Recreation Superintendent Todd Schrader said the survey is an important tool
to help his team “gain insights from the community.”

“Community feedback is extremely important to us,” Schrader said.

He said the survey will guide department leaders as they make plans for the future.

“The information will help us immensely in both short term and long term planning,” Schrader
said.

The department has added extra incentive for community members to take the survey. Each
person who completes the form will be entered in a drawing for a free 2023 Family Swim Pass
at the Bolivar Aquatic Center.
