The schedule of events for the 2nd annual Missouri Beef Days is as follows:

Friday, May 5

  • Beef Demo & Sampling (special pre-festival event), 3-6 p.m., at Woods Supermarket

Saturday, May 6

  • Classic Jackpot Youth Livestock Show, 9 a.m., at the Polk County Fairgrounds
  • Missouri Beef Days Block Party (corn hole tournament, beef cook-off, children’s activities, food truck festival), 10 a.m., at the North Ward Museum Grounds
  • Boots & Bling Banquet (dinner, auction, Cattleman of the Year award presentations, live band afterwards), 5 p.m., in the Diamond S Indoor Arena

Sunday, May 7

  • Cowboy Church with Amanda Radke (post-service beef meals available for purchase from Polk County Cattlemen), 4 p.m., at the SBU Plaster Football Stadium

Monday, May 8

  • Beef Demo & Sampling, 3–6 p.m., at Woods Supermarket
  • Ray Archuleta Special Presentation, 7 p.m., in the Mabee Chapel on the SBU campus

Tuesday, May 9

  • Beef & Wine Pairing, 4-6 p.m., Silo Ridge Golf & Country Club
  • Temple Grandin Special Presentation, 7 p.m., in the Mabee Chapel on the SBU campus

Wednesday, May 10

  • Beef & Whiskey Pairing, 4–6 p.m., Silo Ridge Golf & Country Club
  • NextGen Economics Team Special Presentation, 7 p.m., in the Mabee Chapel on the SBU campus

Thursday, May 11

  • Missouri Beef Days Rodeo & Rodeo Market (Day 1), 7 p.m. (gates open at 5 p.m.), Polk County Fairgrounds

Friday, May 12

  • Missouri Beef Days Rodeo & Rodeo Market (Day 2), 7 p.m. (gates open at 5 p.m.), Polk County Fairgrounds
