Paving the Way to Progress

Contractor crews have been steadily completing a resurfacing project on Missouri Routes 83 and
32, pouring new asphalt and getting ready to line the roads with markings and rumble strips.

According to an earlier release, the road work takes place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sundays
through Thursdays.

Drivers may experience traffic delays and wait times due to lane closures.

In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of construction crews, Bolivar drivers are reminded
to wait for pilot cars and to proceed slowly and cautiously through work zones.

The project began Sunday, Aug. 7, said the Missouri Department of Transportation, and the
