Velbert and Mary Vest Walker will celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary Dec. 31, 2022. Starting their lives together on the family farm in Polk, they raised livestock, row crops, and were often found tending the garden together.
Life blessed them with two daughters, Carolyn Carrier and Vesta Seiner, five grandsons, 13 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
They continue to reside on the farm, attend church services, and enjoy when friends and family stop by to visit.
