The State of Missouri to Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Grantees, Consorts,
Successors and Assigns of Ruth Ann Tindle, Deceased, and Jane Does and John Does, as persons with interest as to the real property located at 624 State Road F, Elkland, MO 65644.
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Dallas, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title to and which affects the following described property:
The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section (35), Township (33), Range (20), EXCEPT, Beginning 170 feet South of the Northeast corner of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section (35), Township (33), Range (20), thence West 30 feet to the West Right-of-way of Highway "F" and the true point of beginning; thence West 514 feet; thence North 37 feet; thence West 479 feet; thence South 530 feet to the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section (35); thence East to the West Right-of-way of Highway "F";' thence North along said West Right-of-way of Highway "F" to the true point of beginning. Subject to any part thereof used for road purposes and any other easements as now located. All in Dallas County, Missouri.

You are further notified that judgment by default will be rendered against you, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the date of first publication, or such longer time as the court may fix by order, with said date of first publication to be on the 3rd day of July, 2024.
