The State of Missouri to the Defendants, Bobby Homer and Glen Homer, If living their unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, donees, alienees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, mortgagees, trustees and legal representatives, and all other persons, corporations, or successors claiming by, through, or under them.
You are hereby notified that an action for Suit to Quiet Title has been commenced in the Circuit Court, County of Dallas, by Petition, the object and general nature of which is to obtain a Judgment of Quiet Title by Plaintiff to certain real estate, to wit:
Tract Il: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section (28), Township (33), Range (20) descried as follows: Beginning at a point 60 rods West of the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section (28); thence running North 35 rods; thence West 2() rods to the Right of Way line of U.S. Highway No. 65; thence South 367 h feet; thence East 120 feet; thence South 210 feet and thence East to the place of beginning. All in Dallas County, Missouri.

and, to award all right, title, and interest in the same to plaintiff.
The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is George A. Shaffer, P.O. Box 472, Buffalo, MO 65622.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days after the 3rd day of July, 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you and a Judgment of Quiet Title rendered in accordance with the Petition filed herein.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in Buffalo Reflex, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Dallas, State of Missouri. A true copy from the record.
