UNDER EXECUTION
BY VIRTUE AND AUTHORITY of a General Execution No. 24-EXEC-19 issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Missouri, at Bolivar, Missouri, returnable to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of Steven L. Goforth and Sandra Goforth, individually and as Trustees of the Steven L. Goforth and Sandra L. Goforth Revocable Family Trust Dtd. 09/15/2009, as Plaintiffs, and against Dwight L. Brown as Defendant, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest and estate of said Defendant, individually and as Trustee of the Dwight L. Brown Revocable Trust Dtd. 04/05/2018, in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Polk, State of Missouri, to-wit:
Lot 14 of Final Plat of Karlin Acres North Phase One, a Subdivision in Polk County, Missouri, according to the recorded Plat in Plat Book 9, Page 174.
and I will on Monday, the 21st day of October, 2024 between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day, at the front door of the Polk County Courthouse in Bolivar, Missouri, sell all at public vendue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, interest and estate of said Defendant or so much thereof as may be necessary, to satisfy said execution and costs.
Said sale to commence at 9:00 a.m.
