TRUSTEE'S SALE
For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Derreck Slaughter and Roxanne Slaughter, his wife, dated November 15, 2021, recorded on November 15, 2021, in Book 2021, at Page 3393, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Dallas County, Missouri, at Buffalo conveying to Kevin Sharpe, Trustee, all of the following described land situate in Dallas County, Missouri, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 160 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section (23), Township (34), Range (20), thence North 80 feet; thence East 227 feet; thence South 80 feet and thence West 227 feet to the place of beginning, subject to any part thereof used for road purposes. All in Dallas County, Missouri.
The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, the said Trustee will at the request of the legal holder of said note, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, commencing at 1 p.m., at the North front door of the Dallas County Circuit Court House in Buffalo, Missouri, sell said real estate at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy said debt and costs.
