Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by Michael Stacey, a single person, dated January 19, 2022 and recorded on January 21, 2022 in Book 2022, Page 419, as Document No. 2022000419, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Webster County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on October 15, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 12:30PM, at the Webster County Courthouse, 101 S. Crittenden Street, East Front door, Marshfield, MO 65706, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

TRACT A:
ALL OF LOT 20 HIDDEN POND SUBDIVISION, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI.

TRACT B:
LOT 19 HIDDEN POND, A SUBDIVISION IN WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
