Gann, husband and wife, and recorded in Book 2010 at Page 14888, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Christian County, Missouri, at Ozark, the undersigned Brian K. Asberry, Successor Trustee, will on Friday, October 4, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the South front door of the Christian County Courthouse in Ozark, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property located in Christian County, Missouri:
