TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 6:00 P.M., on August 8th, 2024, the Bolivar Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in the Board of Aldermen meeting room, City Hall, Bolivar, Missouri, to consider the following zoning regulations:
Amending Chapter 410 Zoning Regulations - Section 410.240 "P" Planned Development District.
As provided in the zoning regulations of Bolivar, Missouri, the above proposed zoning text amendment will be discussed and considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on the date, time and location as stated above. All Persons interested in this matter will have an opportunity to be heard at that time concerning their views and wishes.
If special assistance is required, please notify the office of the City Clerk at least twenty-four (24) hours before the day of the public hearing.
