Notice for Bids: Legal Services

Due Date: 9/ 18/2024

1. Introduction:
WC Partners is seeking bids for qualified legal service providers to assist with legal services needed, such as "general counsel, contracts, human resources, litigation support, etc." The successful bidder will enter into a contract to provide these services on an as-needed basis.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
Interested firms or individuals must meet the following criteria:
Be licensed to practice law in Webster County.
Have a minimum of 5-years' experience with Senate Bill 40 boards.

3. Please submit the following documents with your bid:
Representation Agreement which includes hourly rates and any other relevant costs.

4. Evaluation Criteria:
Bids will be evaluated based on the following factors:
Relevant experience and qualifications.
Proposed approach to the scope of work.
Cost-effectiveness.

WC Partners SB 40 Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding process, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the organization.
