One woman was injured in a crash in Bolivar’s square around 6 a.m. Thursday, June 13.

According to a Bolivar Police Department news release, Elkland resident Tasha Hutchens, 29, was driving a 2011 Ford Fiesta when she failed to stop at the intersection of Broadway and Springfield. She then struck a parked car located on the southeast side of the intersection.

Hutchens was transported by ambulance for minor injuries. A 29-year-old male passenger did not suffer from any injuries.

The car was towed from the scene by B & B Wrecker.

Officer Chelsea McConnell investigated the crash.
