A man from Fair Play was injured in a single-car wreck on Mo. 32 at around 12:20 p.m. on
Wednesday, Aug. 31.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Robert D. Worthington, 29, was
eastbound on Mo. 32, two miles west of Bolivar, in a 2006 Saturn Ion when he ran off the
roadway and overturned.
Worthington, who the report said was wearing a seat belt, suffered serious injuries, and he was
life-flighted to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
His vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by B&B Wrecker, per the report.
