The Goodson Missionary Baptist Church has scheduled a couple of events this weekend.
The Goodson Cemetery Association will hold its annual members meeting Saturday, June 10 immediately following the church’s business meeting, which will start at 7:30 p.m. at Goodson Missionary Baptist Church. The Board of Directors will meet after the members meeting. Goodson Cemetery decoration day will be Sunday, June 11 to correspond with the church’s homecoming services.
The church will host their 127th annual Homecoming services, this Sunday, June 11 in Goodson. Morning services start at 10 a.m. with a potluck basket lunch following. Elder Jerry Grant will bring the afternoon message starting around 2 p.m. All are welcome.
