Just a year ago, Abby Glendenning and daughters Ellie and Mila broke ground on Bolivar’s newest park. A memorial to pilot Andy Glendenning, late husband to Abby and father to Ellie and Mila, the park will be built at the Bolivar Municipal Airport with privately raised funds and then managed by the city as part of the parks department.
