Spring forward!

Spring is in the air! The official first day of spring is Tuesday, March 19, this date marks the spring equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. In Polk County we are seeing flowers and trees starting to tell us it is getting close and the days are getting longer. On Sunday, March 10 it’s time to Spring Forward, changing our clocks to Daylight Savings Time. Time to give up that one hour of sleep to move into springtime.
