Over 50 years and 100 games later, the epic Hwy 13 rivalry continues. The Drury men’s and women’s basketball team travels 27 miles up Hwy 13 for a battle on the hardwood in the Meyer Sports Center. With games starting at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, Drury and SBU basketball programs are looking to give the Bearcats and Panthers faithful another entertaining edition of this rivalry.

“Understanding markets as well as suggestions on feeding cattle through the winter are important for a cattle operation to function properly,” says Patrick Davis, MU Extension Livestock Field Specialist. Furthermore, understanding financial tools that are available to cattle producers is helpful in planning for operational success in the future. Therefore, MU Extension is partnering with FCS Financial to provide a cattle producers meeting to cover these topics on Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. at the Vernon County Fairgrounds Centennial Hall at 1641 E Ashland Street, Nevada.
