The Bolivar Rotary Club offers a service for the Bolivar community to celebrate our country’s great heritage year-round through the traditional posting of U.S. flags throughout the Bolivar area. It is a community tradition that was started decades ago by the Bolivar Optimist Club. The Bolivar Rotary Club now has the honor of continuing this service for many decades to come. more
