The Bolivar R-1 School District is soliciting qualifications from licensed architectural and engineering firms to provide full design, bidding preparation, and construction administration services for the completion of the Liberator Park stadium complex. The project utilizes a phased, multi-year strategy, beginning with Phase 1 priorities including high-performance synthetic turf, 4-pole LED stadium lighting, visitor bleachers, security fencing, and entry paths, followed by future facility expansions.
