You are notified that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Cedar County, State of Missouri, on August 28, 2026, the object and general nature of which is the care and custody in and to the above-named juvenile under the age of 18 years.
You are further notified, pursuant to section 211.211, RSMo, of your right to have an attorney, and if you request an attorney and are financially unable to hire an attorney, an attorney shall be assigned by the court.
