PUBLIC HEARINGS
LET IT BE KNOWN that two (2) public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Aldermen of the City of Marshfield, Missouri, upon the application of Southtowne Lots LLC (Kyle Spencer) seeking to change the zoning from R-4 (Patio Homes) to R1-M (Medium Density Single-Family Residential District) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 430 of the Marshfield Municipal Code. The properties sought to be rezoned are Parcel 11-5.0-15-000-000-050.000 and Parcel 11- 2.0-10-000-000-020.000 includes the following:

All of Lots 16, 16A, 17, 17A, 18, 18A, 19, 19A, 28, 28A, 29, and 29A of Southtowne Terrace Subdivision, all in the City of Marshield, Webster County, Missouri, Said Public Hearings will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Marshfield City Annex at 915 South Marshall Street. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
