NOTICE OF
TRUSTEE'S SALE
FOR DEFAULT in the payment of a Promissory Note dated August 11, 2025, and secured by a Deed of Trust of the same date made by Darrel Kropf, a single person, to the undersigned Trustee, as recorded in Book 2025L at Page 3533 of the Deed Records of Polk County, Missouri, conveying the following described real estate, to wit:
Tract II: As surveyed in Polk County Surveyor's Record Book 11 at Page 283: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the West 813.67 feet of that part of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 33 North, Range 22 West, lying North of Missouri Highway 32, thence South 81 degrees 01 minutes 53 seconds West along the North Right of Way of Missouri Highway 32, 579.97 feet, thence North 02 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds East, 533.46 feet, thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes 27 seconds East 569.51 feet, thence South 02 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds West 447.21 feet to the point of beginning. All in Polk County, Missouri.
I will, on Monday, the 12th day of October, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. at 1:00 P.M. at the North front door of the Polk County Courthouse located in Bolivar, Missouri, sell the real estate described above at public vendue to the highest bidder or bidders for cash for the purpose of satisfying said debt and the costs of executing this trust.
