TRUSTEE'S SALE
FOR DEFAULT in the payment of a Promissory Note dated September 29, 2020, and secured by a Deed of Trust of the same date made by Robert J. Dunlap and Grace K. Dunlap, husband and wife, to the undersigned Trustee, as recorded in Book 2020L at Page 4105 of the Deed Records of Polk County, Missouri, conveying the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lots 13, 14 and the East 15 feet of Lot 15 in Southern Hills, a Subdivision in Polk County, Missouri, being located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 33, Range 24. Subject to a water line easement across the North edge of said lots, and restricted as to the operation of liquor stores or junk or salvage yards.
"Excepting any manufactured housing unit located on the land."
I will, on Friday, the 9th day of October, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. at 1:00 P.M. at the North door of the Polk County Courthouse located in Bolivar, Missouri, sell the real estate described above at public vendue to the highest bidder or bidders for cash for the purpose of satisfying said debt and the costs of executing this trust.
