WHEREAS, 21st Mortgage Corporation, is the lawful holder of the promissory note secured by that Deed of Trust executed on June 28, 2024 by Joseph Allen Brasher and Karen Rae Brasher, a married couple, in favor of 21 st Mortgage Corporation, and recorded with the Cedar County, Missouri Recorder of Deeds, recorded June 28, 2024, at Book 2024, Page 1234, and affects the following-described land situated in Cedar County, Missouri, to-wit:
All of Lot Six (6) And all of Lot Five (5) Less and Except the South 10 feet of Lot Five (5) in Block One (1) of Putnam's Addition to the City of Stockton, Missouri, as per the recorded
plat thereof,
including one (1) new 2022 Champion 60x28 Manufactured Home Model CHHZ-
2860H32A1A, VIN No. 02100HA008191A,
Commonly known 301 S. Vine Street, Stockton, MO 65785.
which conveyance was made to the said Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one
promissory note in said deed of trust described; and
WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note;
NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, Centre Trustee Corp., Successor Trustee, will sell the property above described at public venue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Cedar County Courthouse, 113 South Street, Stockton, MO 65785, October 15, 2026, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., and more particularly at 10:00 AM, for the purpose of
satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
