The Successor Trustee will on 10/13/2026, between the hours of 9:00 o'39;clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 1:30 PM, at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Bolivar, County of Polk, 102 East Broadway, Bolivar, Missouri 65613, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
