Hello, I'm Cecil. I was found dumped on the side of a ditch with nothing but my friend and a blanket. Thankfully a nice person helped get me and my friend to the shelter. I'm a sweet boy and look to be around 4 years old. My history is a mystery but I'm friendly and loving. I have the soul of a senior as I'm mellow, gentle, and enjoy long naps!
