Bolivar ‘26 Budget Approved: Third time’s a charm

City Administrator, Thomas Relford, presented the Bolivar Board of Aldermen with the third version of the budget for 2026. He said that he and the budget committee were able to present a balanced budget that answered the challenges offered by the aldermen in the previous meeting.
