The Bolivar Board of Aldermen’s first November meeting was held Nov. 4, 2025, as the usual schedule conflicted with Veteran’s Day. Alderpeople Tricia Bel-Price, Justin Ballard, Dusty Ross, Ashley Raines, Alexis Neal and Brian Wilson were present; Jonathan Moores and Steve Sagasar were absent. Others present were Mayor Mike Stephens, City Administrator Thomas Relford, Attorney Don Brown, Finance Director and Deputy City Clerk Natalie Scrivner and Community Development Director Kyle Lee.
