Polk County Genealogical Society will hold its regular monthly meeting Thursday, Sept. 4. The meeting will feature Jolee Martinez as the speaker. She will share information about the Drake house located at the corner of Walnut and Main streets in Bolivar. Martinez purchased the house several years ago and has restored the house to its original charm.
