Missouri Steer Feedout Finale Meeting September 9th; preregister by September 4th

 “Helping cow calf producers understand how their calves will perform in the feedyard is important to the sustainability of their cattle operation,” says Patrick Davis MU Extension Livestock Field Specialist. The Missouri Steer Feedout allows producers the opportunity to experience feeding cattle and gain knowledge on how those cattle will perform in the feedyard on a small scale. Furthermore, these producers can use knowledge gained to make management and marketing decisions that could improve the profitability of their operation.
