On Monday, Dec. 12, Citizens Memorial Hospital staff and administration met with Missouri Governor Michael L. Parson to give him a tour of inpatient departments and to share information about the upcoming expansion and improvements to the Bolivar hospital facility. more

Saturday, Dec. 3, Christmas hit the streets of Bolivar. The annual Christmas parade organized by the Bolivar Area Chamber of Commerce took on their second year of having a nighttime parade. Beautiful floats, excited walkers, horses and dogs, and Santa Claus all were on hand to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. more
